Rented titles are available for a limited time, with a viewing window that begins once playback starts.
When you 'rent' a title via TVOD on ARY+, it is important to understand that the content is not available to you permanently but for a specific, limited duration. The availability of rented content is typically divided into two key periods:
Access Window: After renting, you usually have a period of 30 days (or a specific duration) within which you must start the playback for the first time. If you do not start watching within this window, it will expire.
Viewing Window: The moment you start playback for the first time, a shorter, fixed viewing window (typically 48 or 72 hours) begins. During this window, you can watch the content as many times as you like.
Therefore, it is important to start viewing soon after renting and complete the content within the fixed viewing window.
