ARY+ sends reminders before your rented content expires so you don’t miss your viewing window.
We understand the importance of keeping track of the viewing window for titles rented via TVOD. Therefore, ARY+ assists you by sending timely reminders so you can complete your content before it expires. When you rent a title, these notifications include:
Upon Viewing Window Start: When you initiate playback for the first time and the viewing window begins, you receive a confirmation notification.
Pre-Expiry Reminder: You are usually sent an alert a few hours before the viewing window is set to expire (for example, 24 or 12 hours beforehand).
These notifications may be received in-app or via email (if you have enabled notifications). This ensures you do not miss watching or re-watching your rented movies or events before the viewing window closes.
