How to Reactivate Your Account

To use ARY+ again after permanent deactivation, you must sign up as a new user.

If you previously chose to permanently deactivate your ARY+ account and now wish to use the services again, it is important to understand that the old account cannot be reactivated. Since permanent deactivation typically involves the removal of most of your personal data, you will need to join the platform as a new user:

  1. Sign Up as a New User: You must select the 'Create Account' or 'Sign Up' option.

  2. New Credentials: While you may use the same email, you will need to create a new profile and a new password.

  3. New Subscription: You will be required to purchase a new subscription or make new TVOD purchases.

By following this process, you can start with a completely fresh ARY+ experience. Please note that your previous watch history, settings, or purchase records will not be recoverable.
